Sunnyvale
THE HOME

1121 Giannitsa Trail occupies a residential street in Sunnyvale, a mid-peninsula city where technology campuses and quiet neighborhoods share borders. The address places residents within a half-mile of Summit Public School: Denali, a charter school serving grades six through twelve with a GreatSchools rating of ten out of ten. Columbia Park and Seven Seas Park offer nearby green space, while Grocery Outlet and Guadalajara Market anchor the immediate retail landscape. The setting is typical of Sunnyvale's established subdivisions: tree-lined blocks, mid-century parcels, and a suburban grain that has remained largely intact through decades of regional growth.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Daily life here is car-dependent — the walk score of forty-four reflects a pattern common to much of the South Bay, where amenities are accessible but dispersed. Hobee's Restaurant, Backyard Café, and Dish N Dash provide dining options within a short drive, and Columbia Middle School sits less than a mile away. Commute times tell the story of Sunnyvale's geography: twenty-six minutes by car to Stanford University, thirty-five minutes to Downtown San Jose, and one hour thirteen minutes to Downtown San Francisco. San Francisco International Airport is forty-two minutes by car, a useful reference for frequent travelers.

Walk Score®
Car-Dependent

Walk Score® rates an address from 0–100 by how easily everyday errands — groceries, coffee, dining, school pickup — can be done on foot. 50+ means some errands can be walked, 70+ means most can, and 90+ is a rare walker's paradise. Transit and Bike scores read the same way for public transportation and cycling.

ABOUT NILOU

REALTOR® | Silicon Valley  ·  DRE #02067198

As a longtime resident of Los Altos Hills, I have had the privilege of raising my children and watching them grow through Palo Alto public schools, and later at Woodside Priorya private school in Portola Valley. Our family has loved the peaceful and calmness of the hills, the hiking trails, and its close proximity to Silicon Valley and San Francisco.

Through the years, I’ve navigated our community extensively, driving my kids to activities across neighboring towns for various activities which has given me extensive knowledge and familiarity in Atherton, Menlo Park, Palo Alto, Portola Valley and Los Altos and beyond. This experience has given me an intimate knowledge of the area and a deep appreciation for the vibrant lifestyle it offers.

Some of my favorite local spots include Los Altos Grill or Evvia for a night out, Satura or Mademoiselle Colette for a morning coffee and croissant, and Terun for a lunch meet up. For fitness, I love the small, intense classes at barre3 or MPX Pilates, and for outdoor relaxation, I enjoy a quick hike at Arastradero Preserve. When it comes to self-care, No Filter Brazilian MedSpa in San Mateo is a personal favorite.
