756 Chestnut St San Francisco Ca, 94133

San Francisco
THE HOME

756 Chestnut Street occupies one of San Francisco's most walkable corridors, where North Beach tradition meets Marina vitality. The address sits within a block of Washington Square and Joe DiMaggio Playground, with Trader Joe's, Caffe Trieste, and a rotating cast of cafés and trattorias a short walk in any direction. The Walk Score of 98 reflects the practical rhythm of the neighborhood: morning espresso, evening aperitivo, and errands completed on foot. This is city living stripped of pretense—direct access to parks, grocers, and the waterfront without the need for a car.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

The blocks around Chestnut and Columbus form a rare intersection of residential quiet and urban convenience. Washington Square anchors the social life of the area, ringed by longtime Italian cafés and newer natural wine bars. Transamerica Redwood Park and George Sterling Park provide green respite within minutes. Schools including Yick Wo Elementary (GreatSchools rating: 8) and The New School of San Francisco (rating: 10) serve families within a few blocks. Downtown San Francisco is an 11-minute drive or 30-minute transit commute; San Francisco International Airport is 23 minutes by car, 51 minutes via public transit.

ABOUT NILOU

Nilou Ebeid
REALTOR® | Silicon Valley  ·  DRE #02067198

As a longtime resident of Los Altos Hills, I have had the privilege of raising my children and watching them grow through Palo Alto public schools, and later at Woodside Priorya private school in Portola Valley. Our family has loved the peaceful and calmness of the hills, the hiking trails, and its close proximity to Silicon Valley and San Francisco.

Through the years, I’ve navigated our community extensively, driving my kids to activities across neighboring towns for various activities which has given me extensive knowledge and familiarity in Atherton, Menlo Park, Palo Alto, Portola Valley and Los Altos and beyond. This experience has given me an intimate knowledge of the area and a deep appreciation for the vibrant lifestyle it offers.

Some of my favorite local spots include Los Altos Grill or Evvia for a night out, Satura or Mademoiselle Colette for a morning coffee and croissant, and Terun for a lunch meet up. For fitness, I love the small, intense classes at barre3 or MPX Pilates, and for outdoor relaxation, I enjoy a quick hike at Arastradero Preserve. When it comes to self-care, No Filter Brazilian MedSpa in San Mateo is a personal favorite.
