650 Delancey St. #203 San Francisco Ca 94107

San Francisco
THE HOME

650 Delancey Street #203 occupies a waterfront-adjacent corridor where the city's industrial past meets its contemporary urban fabric. The address sits within a short walk of China Basin Park and Rincon Park, offering proximity to the Embarcadero's promenades and the bay itself. This stretch of South Beach carries a mix of converted loft buildings and modern mid-rises, positioned between the ballpark district and the piers. The surrounding blocks are notably walkable—rated a 90 out of 100—with Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, and a reliable rotation of cafés and restaurants within easy range. The building's location places residents equidistant from downtown and the waterfront, a balance that defines much of this quarter.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

The blocks around Delancey Street form part of San Francisco's eastern waterfront, a district shaped by proximity to the bay and the infrastructure that serves it. Yerba Buena Gardens, Rincon Park, and the Embarcadero Plaza provide green relief and pedestrian scale. Dining options include Boulevard, Waterbar, and EPIC Steak, alongside neighborhood standards like Marlowe and a cluster of cafés anchored by Philz. The commute profile is legible: 18 minutes by car to San Francisco International Airport, 19 minutes by transit to AR&B San Francisco, and 44 minutes south to Palo Alto. Walk Score confirms the area as a Walker's Paradise, with grocery, transit, and waterfront all within immediate reach.

Walker's Paradise

Walk Score® rates an address from 0–100 by how easily everyday errands — groceries, coffee, dining, school pickup — can be done on foot. 50+ means some errands can be walked, 70+ means most can, and 90+ is a rare walker's paradise. REALTOR® | Silicon Valley  ·  DRE #02067198

As a longtime resident of Los Altos Hills, I have had the privilege of raising my children and watching them grow through Palo Alto public schools, and later at Woodside Priorya private school in Portola Valley. Our family has loved the peaceful and calmness of the hills, the hiking trails, and its close proximity to Silicon Valley and San Francisco.

Through the years, I’ve navigated our community extensively, driving my kids to activities across neighboring towns for various activities which has given me extensive knowledge and familiarity in Atherton, Menlo Park, Palo Alto, Portola Valley and Los Altos and beyond. This experience has given me an intimate knowledge of the area and a deep appreciation for the vibrant lifestyle it offers.

Some of my favorite local spots include Los Altos Grill or Evvia for a night out, Satura or Mademoiselle Colette for a morning coffee and croissant, and Terun for a lunch meet up. For fitness, I love the small, intense classes at barre3 or MPX Pilates, and for outdoor relaxation, I enjoy a quick hike at Arastradero Preserve. When it comes to self-care, No Filter Brazilian MedSpa in San Mateo is a personal favorite.
